Overall my experience at VW of Hayward was good. I think that my initial contact with VW of Hayward while making my appointment through the phone could have been a little friendlier and helpful. The service guy that greeted me and took care of me when I arrived for my appointment was friendly and helpful. Overall my experience was good. Fast too!

I asked for my tires to be rotated and they weren’t. The service advisor said the tires were at 7/32 front and back. I see partially worn tread on my front tires as these are my pulling wheels, so I preferred to have them rotated so my tires would wear evenly. I bought my vehicle in specifically for this reason as I taking a road trip halfway across the country and out of the country. My vehicle only had 7874 miles on it and wasn’t due for service, so again I bought it in for this reason and your tech override my wishes to do what he wanted or not wanted to do!
