I accompanied my daughter to purchase her first new car, a GTI. The staff at Team VW of Hayward (Sam, Albie, and Kyle) were incredibly friendly and helpful. However, Yama (the General Manager) truly stood out. He explained everything in a clear and friendly way and answered all of our questions. Initially, we had planned to buy only one car, but we ended up buying two! I had been eyeing the Golf R in the showroom earlier, and Yama encouraged me to take it for a spin. Sam accompanied me on the test drive, and his knowledge and engaging conversation made the experience enjoyable. The situation was low-pressure, given that they were already assisting my daughter with a purchase. After careful consideration, I ultimately decided to purchase the Golf R. Throughout this entire experience, Yama and his team’s exceptional service left a lasting impression on me. I would highly recommend Team WV of Hayward to family and friends.

I purchased my first new car at the Team VW of Hayward, and my experience was very pleasant and painless. Sam, Yama, Albie, and Kyle definitely went above and beyond to make sure that I had a great first experience buying a new car. The exact car I wanted was actually available about 100 miles away, and they were able to procure this car for me, with Sam driving there and back the next day to get the car. Yama and Albie walked me through the whole process and patiently explained every step and answered all my questions. Kyle was also very transparent and upfront about what all contributed to the total purchase cost. I appreciated that they didn’t push me to add any unnecessary additional items. I will definitely be recommending these guys in the future to anyone I know who is in search of a car.
