I brought my car last Saturday for recall service but I don't have appointment so i asked them if they can squeeze it in and without any word they took it in and said come back at 330. But not even 2 o'clock they texted me that my car is ready for pickup. Excellent!

I really dislike having to rate this experience so low. The staff are always polite and professional, but I found the pricing for the services frustrating. I called three different times for a quote, and each time, the cost was different.
I took my car in to get the band replaced because I was told it needed to be done, but it’s still making the same noise. When I spoke with someone at the front desk, I was informed that my car is a bit older now and that the noise is considered normal. However, since my last visit, the noise has actually increased.
As a single mom with limited funds, I can’t afford to keep bringing my car in only to have it not fixed. I hope someone reaches out to me so we can find a solution. My car is a 2019 Tiguan model, so it's not that old, and I keep up with regular maintenance.

I had to wait 7 hrs to for a tires replacement service. I called to know if they had the tires I needed and an appointment was arranged. I was told that they called the place where they store the tires, but they send the tires to another branch. When I finally got my car, it was still wet. not even dried. Im disappointed.

Excellent service. I could not make it on the day and time of service. I was able to drop off the car previous evening with service before 5pm. Then next morning they notified me when the car was ready. But since i could not make it on time, they left the keys with sales team so i could pick up after service hours. This is over and beyond normal.

I bring my atlas there for suspension issue it's about 7 times there since 2024 2025 and service advisor emanuelle and Robert are very rude . Anyway never resolve the problem even my though my atlas still under warranty and I'm sick of tired of them and ending up with another mechanic.
