very frustrating experience. this is the second time I had come for a tire repair for a nail in my tire. first time said couldn't repair due to too close to the sidewall. this time said no repairs at all. they don't repair. just replace. also, when I leased the car there were wheel locks which I didn't realize but the key is not with the set. I complained that Volkswagen must have kept the key lock when I first brought the car in and had to buy a new tire. they said no. use a master. charged me $112 take off the wheel locks. had to take the car to another pie and service station to repair the tire. charged $12 for nothing. service is usually very frustrating thanks for asking.

Team was great right from Trade-in to purchasing the car. They made things right for me even after the deal was finalized since the team realized the website had wrong information about the car that was realized after we finalized the deal and few car features were missing.
