    We are a long time customer and this past visit was very uncomfortable and our concerns about the vehicle are still there, there is still a ticking noise, we were told we needed an 80,000 Service on the vehicle when we showed them we had it done at the Dublin Service Center, so why would they recommend something we already had done and not fix the problem we have had before with our Valves, when they over filled the Oil, which they have most likely done again. We only go to this location because we have no other option since our warranty is Tied Back to them and they will not release it. This location is not the same as it was in the past.

    Team VW Hayward did a decent job to service my ID.4. One thing the service department can improve is to update the service status. The department said it would provide an update at 3 pm for the status. I did not receive any call and I had to call them at 4 pm eventually. It was because I needed to arrange a ride to take me to the dealership. And the service department closed at 5 pm.
